Hello, Texas!

Hello fellow bloggers!! I am currently writing this blog in Texas! Yes, Texas. My roommate, Lori, invited me and our next door neighbor, Jeanette, to come home with her this weekend. So Friday afternoon, we packed our things and drove to Wichita Falls, Texas. And we had so much fun on the ride down here. We sang along to the Glee soundtrack and Hannah Montana and Rascall Flats and 30 Seconds to Mars. Yes, it was a quite diverse music list. Ha but we had a ton of fun.
Yesterday, Lori gave me an official tour of Wichita Falls- Jeanette had come home with her last weekend and had already gotten the official tour, so it was my turn. And it is absolutely beautiful here! And I was surprised when I learned that it isn’t humid here. It’s more of a dry heat, which made me so happy because it reminds me of Colorado. And I love it. We then went and took a bunch of pictures of the three of us and we had so much fun! We went and saw The Switch, which was so stinking cute! If you haven’t seen it, you should! The little boy is the most precious thing in the world. J And we watched 17 Again at Lori’s house, and we drooled over Zach Efron, which was pretty awkward because her dad was in the room painting a wall. But it was so much fun. And we attempted to work on our homework, but that didn’t work out too well.

And today, we just layed around Lori’s room because I started my period and haven’t been feeling too well all day. But her family took care of me and they are amazing. the sweetest people ever! And Lori’s friends are going to come over tonight and watch Camp Rock 2. Lori, Jeanette, and I are going to make 3 different desserts and we’re going to eat Wings and I am just so excited! It’s been so nice to get away from the Campus and be at an actual home and be around a family and puppies. It’s helped take away part of my home-sickness. This weekend has been so great for me. Whoo!!
